Sonata Bombastica (1996)

Winner of BMG/Williams College National Young Composers Award and ASCAP Award.
Premiered February 10, 1997 at the University of Michigan by violinist Gabriel Bolkosky and Gordon Beeferman at the piano. Second performance at Berkshire New Music Festival, Williamstown, Mass. Third performance at Weill Recital Hall, New York City, January 19, 1999 by Doris Stevenson and Maria Bachman. Further performances: May 24, 2001 at New York University's Loeb Theater by Composers Concordance.
